An 80 inch LED poster at 4500 nits is visible across a hall; a 55 inch LCD fits a compact booth or a meeting room. Both run on battery for the day, take content by USB or WiFi, and look like a permanent installation.
Exhibitors book the posters because they replace a printed pull-up banner with something that moves, and because the hire is for the week, not the hour. Delivery to the venue and pickup after pack-down are $190 each way in Auckland and Christchurch.
Conference organisers use them at registration, in lobbies and outside breakout rooms for schedules, sponsor loops and wayfinding.
